The object of research is the cultural sector of Kyiv.
The purpose of the study is to amend the Comprehensive City Target Programme ‘Capital Culture: 2022-2024’ based on the results of the analysis of the programme implementation.
Research methods - economic and statistical, system analysis, comparison and grouping, generalisation.
As a result of the study, changes were made and adjustments were made to the Comprehensive City Target Programme ‘Capital Culture: 2022-2024’, approved by the decision of the Kyiv City Council of 16.12.2021 №4031/4072 “On approval of the Comprehensive City Target Programme ”Capital Culture: 2022-2024’. A new version of the Comprehensive City Target Programme ‘Capital Culture: 2022-2024’.
The novelty of the research work is the analysis of the situation in the field of culture in Kyiv. Kyiv and bringing the financial and quantitative indicators of the Comprehensive City Target Programme ‘Capital Culture: 2022-2024’ in line with the projected need for expenditures for the effective implementation of state policy in the current conditions and taking into account the restrictions due to the introduction of martial law in Ukraine.
Practical recommendations obtained as a result of the research work can be used by local authorities and other interested organisations in the formation of cultural development programmes
