The research was conducted and the following were developed: model-oriented methods of structural and parametric diagnostics of nonlinear observation objects, which are characterized by the use of measured and calculated parameters; structures of control systems with a reference model; adaptive algorithms and software tools for computer modeling and implementation of SPP functioning processes. The obtained research results were tested on examples of power plants.
