Working hypothesis of the study: an effective system of socio-communication mechanisms (online, offline and synthetic means) contributes to the implementation of the decolonization process in wartime, which forms a strategic national narrative, ensures the protection of national identity, support for its key components, and expands the capabilities of the state in implementing a policy of effective geobranding and national security. The purpose of the research is to substantiate the theoretical foundations and develop practical recommendations for the use of socio-communication mechanisms as a tool for implementing and popularizing the decolonization process of Ukraine in conditions of war in educational discourse, in the field of culture and creative industries, the economic sphere, etc., strategic narratives of geobranding and public communications, taking into account the practices of the national and global contexts, in order to form a secure society with the values of protecting freedom, national security and the semantic significance of the cultural heritage of the country and its citizens. The scientific novelty of the results obtained will consist in the development of the author's concept of using socio-communication mechanisms in the implementation of the discourse of decolonization as a state policy, worldview dimension, geobranding strategy and the formation and promotion of a national grand narrative in the context of national security.
