Optimal conditions for forming nanostructures using electrochemical and photoelectrochemical etching were determined, ensuring high reproducibility and stability of the obtained materials. The influence of defects on nanostructure morphology was investigated, and mathematical models were developed to predict their characteristics. The obtained results contribute to improving the efficiency of solar cells and photonic devices, reducing production costs, and enhancing the quality control of nanomaterials. Methods for passivation and stabilization of nanostructure surface properties were developed, ensuring their durability and reliability in industrial applications. Practical applications of these materials include their use in military technologies (threat detection sensors, night vision) and renewable energy.
