The object of the study is the components of language and speech systems and models within sociolinguistic and linguocultural aspects. The subject of the study is the social and cultural aspects of language development and functioning. The purpose of the study is to investigate the sociolinguistic and linguocultural features of the German language and literature. Research methods include: analysis of scientific linguistic literature on the research problem, theoretical modeling, methods of linguistic observation of linguistic facts and generalization of linguistic phenomena of a particular research area, statistical methods, comparative analysis, survey methods, questionnaires, and interviews (if necessary). The scientific value of the research results, for both global and national science, lies in the fact that the verbs of visual perception have been studied in detail for the first time from the prospective of their structural and semantic typology. The theoretical provisions, results of the study, and conclusions can be used in the educational process in order to improve the quality of theoretical and practical student training. The results of this research work are of practical importance for the development of curricula, elective courses, testing, lectures, and practical classes. The results can provide a solid foundation for improving the process of teaching German in higher education. The effectiveness of the research results lies in advancing theoretical issues on the current state of the language and providing practical solutions integrating these insights into the educational process.
