The subject of the study is methodological approaches to creating a unified information base for monitoring and analysing the state of access to quality school education for IDP children, as well as mechanisms for evaluating and managing this process to ensure an equal and accessible educational environment. The purpose of the research work is to substantiate methodological approaches to creating a unified information base for monitoring and analysing the state of access of internally displaced children to quality school education in order to make informed management decisions. Research methods: general scientific empirical (statistical description, comparative analysis) and theoretical (analysis, synthesis, generalisation, economic and mathematical modelling, induction, deduction, explanation, classification). Research results and their novelty: methodological approaches to the creation of a unified information base for monitoring the access of children of internally displaced persons to quality school education in Ukraine have been substantiated and developed. A theoretical and methodological justification for the need to create such a database has been made, which will allow for comprehensive monitoring and assessment of the educational needs of IDP children, as well as identifying the main barriers to the integration of children into the educational process. The development of methodological approaches will become the basis for effective management of the process of ensuring equal access to education for IDP children. The novelty and scientific and practical value of the study lies in the development of specific recommendations and methodological approaches to create a unified information base.
