Subject of research: theoretical-methodological and organizational-methodical principles of psychological and pedagogical support of creative gifted youth in the learning process. Purpose of research: substantiation and implementation of models of creativity development of gifted applicants and teachers in the modern educational space. Research methods: theoretical: analysis of scientific works, regulatory documents, study of practical experience; synthesis, interpretation, comparison, classification, systematization, generalization, pedagogical modeling (abstraction, analogy, forecasting); empirical: surveys, interviews, observations, self-assessment, expert evaluation, analysis of activity products; pedagogical experiment (confirmatory, formative and control stages); mathematical statistics. Results and their novelty: a model of a STEM educational institution was developed and implemented; creative technologies were systematized and tested, new models of professional training of teachers were developed. The results are covered in 5 monographs, 7 articles included in the Web of Science and Scopus scientometric databases, 35 professional publications (including 12 articles in English), 6 articles of an approbatory nature, 7 articles in foreign publications, 5 qualification works (3 works for the degree of Doctor of Sciences, 1 work for the degree of Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, 1 work for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy). Characteristics of the research results: theoretically grounded, experimentally verified, of a practical nature. Significance and practical application of the study: Research materials can be used as a basis for further scientific explorations in the field of giftedness and creativity development; for the development of educational and methodological support for academic disciplines, and for conducting advanced training courses for teaching staff.
