PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION IN FOREIGN LANGUAGES: METHODOLOGICAL, SCIENTIFIC, TRANSLATION ASPECTS OF TEACHING (TRAINING OF HIGHER EDUCATION STUDENTS) The object of research is professional communication in foreign languages within the educational process of higher education applicants. The purpose of the work is to substantiate the methodological, scientific, and translation aspects of teaching foreign languages in the context of developing students' professional communicative competence, as well as to develop practical recommendations for improving the learning process in the face of modern educational challenges and European integration. Research methods include critical analysis of scientific sources; comparative analysis of methodologies for teaching professionally oriented foreign languages in an international context; study and generalization of the experience of implementing digital technologies in the educational process; student testing to assess the level of professional foreign language communicative competence; modeling of educational situations in the context of distance and blended learning. The study identifies key approaches to developing students' foreign language communicative competence, highlights the role of cognitive processes in mastering foreign language material, and proposes a methodology for improving grammatical and writing skills as a foundation for professional communication. Special attention is given to the methodological foundations of implementing innovative educational technologies in the learning process, particularly the use of role-playing games for developing intercultural business communication, as well as the application of the constructivist approach to enhance critical thinking and student motivation.
