Development of low-carbon nanotechnologically optimized high-strength concrete for the accelerated construction of protective fortification structures and civil defense shelters with increased resistance to various types of force influences, including shock loads.
popup.description2
Low-emission cementing systems of different material composition have been developed by determining the features of the structural and phase state of cementitious materials at different functional levels using the developed methodological foundations for assessing their surface activity. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the chemical and physical properties of the main mineral components, the principles of building eco-efficient low-emission cementitious systems are substantiated. The main factors of influence in this group are the phase composition, particle size distribution, and surface activity of the constituents of cementitious systems. To increase the hardening rate of clinker- efficient cementitious systems at a particularly early age (8-16 h), the principles of nanomodification of cement paste at the micro- and nanoscale levels were applied and nanomodifiers were synthesized using the sol-gel technology and their influence on the patterns of structure formation of clinker- efficient binder systems was established. The technical characteristics and environmental properties of low-emission cementitious systems and concretes were evaluated using performance indicators - clinker intensity in [kg/(m3.MPa)] and CO2 emission intensity (CO2 intensity) in [kg CO2/(m3.MPa)]. The use of rapid-hardening low-emission cementitious systems makes it possible to obtain economically effective low-carbon high-strength concrete with the required quality characteristics, including increased compressive and flexural strength, and impact strength for use in buildings and structures subjected to various types of forceful impacts. In terms of topic and subject, the application research is aimed at solving an important scientific, socio-economic problem of the world level, which is closely related to the issues of national security and defense capability of Ukraine in a special period.
