Based on the obtained data, molecular characteristics of the phenotype of normal endometrium, endometrial hyperplasia without atypia and with cell atypia were determined. It has been proven that endometrial hyperplasia without atypia and with atypia have different molecular phenotypes, which indicates their different etiology and pathogenesis. Molecular markers have been identified that can become criteria for predicting progression and the probability of carcinogenesis of endometrial hyperplasia without atypia. Proposals have been formulated to improve diagnostics and approaches to rational prevention and treatment of precancerous pathology of the endometrium and cervix in accordance with their defined phenotype.
