A comparative assessment of the results of surgical treatment of the patients with acute paraproctitis complicated by necrotizing fasciitis, anorectal fistulas, obstructive jaundice, and complicated forms of chronic pancreatitis was conducted. It was established that the use of minimally invasive and high-energy techniques makes it possible to improve the quality of life of the patients compared to conventional methods. Morphological disorders in acute paraproctitis complicated by necrotizing fasciitis, obstructive jaundice, and complicated forms of chronic pancreatitis was studied
