An analysis of legal and scientific principles was carried out in order to apply the European experience of expert evaluation in Ukraine. The results obtained contributed to the improvement of the modules of the complex automated information system “Expertise” for the purpose of modern organization and conducting scientific and scientific-technical expertise.
The updating and modernization of regulatory legal acts was also carried out, namely: the introduction of proposals to the draft law “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Scientific and Scientific-Technical Expertise”, the Regulations on the Organization and Conduct of Scientific and Scientific-Technical Expertise.
