Registration Date 03-04-2025 Organization National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" popup.description1 Theoretically substantiate and empirically identify the socio-psychological conditions for the development of psychological potential of students in higher technical education. popup.description2  For the first time, both objective and subjective resources for the realization of an individual’s psychological potential have been identified. An academic school is considered an objective resource, while subjective resources include the psychological traits, capabilities, and abilities of the individual that determine success in both educational and future professional activities. It has been established that psychological potential is not solely innate but is continuously replenished through personal development. The renewable aspect of psychological potential primarily depends on the individual’s active engagement in their own growth. The structure of psychological potential is emphasized as encompassing psychological formations that organize and coordinate various forms of an individual’s interaction with reality. Structural components of psychological potential have been identified, with psychological traits, capabilities, and abilities playing a central role in determining success in activities. Objective and subjective resources at different levels significantly influence both the goals an individual sets and the approaches they take to achieve them. Further insights have been developed regarding the individual characteristics of future specialists, which are crucial for actualizing their potential capabilities. Additionally, the effectiveness of street art as a psychological assistance method for individuals in traumatic situations, such as war, has been demonstrated. On a representative sample, a scientifically validated psychodiagnostic toolkit for studying personality proactivity has been tested. Key characteristics of future technical specialists – tolerance for uncertainty, proactivity, and resilience – have been identified. These traits enable individuals to view new challenges as opportunities for growth. Enhancing these characteristics can be achieved through education, training, and the creation of a supportive environment. Product Description popup.authors Blokhina Iryna O. Bokovets Olha I.
