The object of the study is the processes of organizational and information support for assessing the human capital of an enterprise. The subject of the study is the theoretical and methodological principles, methods, models of organizational and information support for assessing the human capital of an enterprise, as well as practical aspects of developing a system for assessing the human capital of an enterprise. Research methods are logical generalization, system analysis, financial and economic analysis, statistical analysis, business planning methods, expert methods. The work systematizes and conducts a critical analysis of foreign and Ukrainian methodological approaches to measuring human capital. Morphological analysis is used to clearly define the features of various classifications. A study of the system of scientific tools of representatives of mercantilism, the school of physiocrats, classical political economy, marginalism, neoliberalism, neoclassical theory, Keynesianism, the institutional school and neo-institutionalism was conducted, and the possibilities of its application in the context of human development of LLC "STRATEKS UKRAINE" were determined. Objective economic, organizational, historical, scientific and technical, social and institutional prerequisites for the formation of the concept of human capital were determined. The main results of the study were implemented in the educational process S. Kuznets KhNEU within the framework of the educational component "Human Resources Management" for students of the specialty C1 "Economics" of the second (master's) level of higher education, and the OK "Personnel Management" of the specialty C1 "Economics" of the first (bachelor's) level of higher education.
