The aim of the work is to develop measures for the rational use
and restoration of mountain protective forests to preserve and enhance their
functional role. Implementation of the research results into production
will allow us to obtain plantations resistant to negative environmental factors in the future

Object of research: mountain protective forests of the Ukrainian Carpathians.
