The object of research is the process of formation and development of an enterprise's HR brand in the post-war economy Subject of the study - methodological principles of developing a corporate code and practical approaches to the formation of corporate culture of the enterprise as components of the HR-brand in the post-war economic transformation. Research methods - system analysis, logical generalisation, comparative analysis, questionnaires, content analysis, expert evaluation methods, elements of sociological and statistical analysis. The theoretical foundations of the formation of an enterprise's HR brand in the context of socio-economic transformation of the post-war period are studied. The domestic and foreign experience of employer brand development is analysed, modern approaches to building a value proposition for employees are identified. The regulatory framework in the field of human resources management is studied and the state of corporate culture is diagnosed on the example of LIFT-MARKET LLC. A set of practical measures to form an enterprise's HR-brand is proposed, including the formation of the corporate culture of the enterprise in the post-war economy, implementation of adaptation programmes for new employees, development of non-material motivation, creation of an information space and organisation of team building. The article develops methodological support for the formation of a corporate code, which contributes to strengthening the internal cohesion of the team and forming a positive image of the employer in the post-war recovery.
