The purpose of this work is the development of innovative technological elements for the production of seamless pipes from corrosion-resistant steels and titanium alloys based on the use of hollow blanks obtained by the EBM method.
To achieve the goal, the following tasks were set:
- development of a technological task for the production of hollow ingots from corrosion-resistant steels and titanium alloys by the EBM method;
- development of a technological task for the production of seamless extruded pipes from hollow ingots obtained by the EBM method;
- development of a technological task for the production of a seamless pipe by the method of rolling pre-deformed hollow ingots.
