The DeepTech Prototyping Laboratory innovation space was created. Samples of alkylated salicylic aldehyde derivatives weighing 1.2 – 1.5 kg each, with an average yield of 76 – 85 % and chemical purity of > 95 % according to LC-MS were produced. A draft technological instruction for the purification of vegetable fats by enzymatic degumming using the Purifine® 3G enzyme complex was developed.
The operation of the Deep Tech prototyping laboratory will allow scaling up the technological process from laboratory to production conditions, testing technologies, optimising the production process, developing methods for controlling production and product quality, and producing pilot batches of the product required for its validation and certification.
