The study described the Hub’s multi-level structure and emphasized the applied aspects of integrating social practice into social rehabilitation. Theoretical and methodological foundations were defined for educational systems in rehabilitation and educational institutions serving children with special educational needs. This included an analysis of the normative and institutional determinants of the system and the development of an original model for the educational process. The researchers identified pedagogical conditions for effective implementation and designed programmatic and technological tools to support the system’s functioning. Key concepts forming the scientific foundation for training future speech therapists in the use of adapted physical exercises were identified. The study compared teacher training levels in Ukraine and abroad and proposed a structural-functional model to enhance professional readiness in this area. Socio-psychological rehabilitation technologies were also addressed, including algorithms for psychological recovery. The impact of extreme situations on children’s psychological well-being was analyzed, along with psychocorrectional methods such as art therapy and dramatized games for children with autism spectrum disorders. The study highlighted the social and psychological challenges of socializing minors with special educational needs in trauma-inducing environments. A multi-level program for optimizing this process was proposed, along with a corresponding organizational framework. Inclusive education practices in Ukrainian higher education institutions were also reviewed, with particular focus on increasing the individualization of learning for students.
