The purpose of the study is to develop and substantiate innovative approaches, methods and tools that increase the efficiency of diagnosing automotive systems through the implementation of the latest information technologies and intelligent algorithms. Research methods are the collection and analysis of statistical data related to the process of vehicle maintenance, the study of research, publications, scientific articles and practical materials related to vehicle maintenance and innovative approaches in this area. Modeling and forecasting - within the framework of the study, mathematical models of the operation of individual automotive systems were created, which allow: to identify patterns of malfunctions; to predict the residual resource of components; to model the behavior of systems in real time using data from sensors; to test diagnostic algorithms on digital twins. Scientific novelty - the work proposes an innovative approach to diagnostics based on the integration of artificial intelligence with traditional control methods; adaptive algorithms for predicting the technical condition of vehicle components using machine learning have been developed. Scope of application: - service centers and service stations – for the implementation of modern diagnostic platforms; - automobile manufacturing enterprises – at the design and production stages; - transport companies and fleets – for monitoring the technical condition of vehicles in real time; - educational institutions – in the process of training automotive specialists.
