– development of methodologies for assessing the comprehensive security of enterprises of the transport and logistics system, methodologies for assessing employee competencies, monitoring the efficiency of the use of enterprise personnel, competitiveness in the conditions of digital transformation, and assessing the effectiveness of the logistics activity of the enterprise;
– formation of practical recommendations for applying the triad mutation method to reflect the essence of corporate governance, application of a methodological approach to managing functional conflicts at the enterprise, motivation in conditions of economic crisis, formation of a flexible system of intra-company planning at road transport enterprises.
