The object of the study is defined as an ordered set of components of the system for ensuring air passenger transportation by flight attendants, the effectiveness of which is ensured by a comprehensive approach to the formation of the fundamental worldview of future specialists capable of providing on-board support for air passenger transportation by modern aircraft. The main functions of facility management are to ensure the implementation of sub-process components, namely: ensuring the implementation of: the basics of flight attendant crew activities; the basics of training flight attendant crew members (flight attendants); basic procedures for flight attendant crews during the preparation and execution of an aircraft flight. The purpose of the research work is to develop conceptual provisions and practical recommendations for the formation and ensuring the safety of air passenger transportation by flight attendant crews. The research methods are modern mathematical methods and computer technologies that allow the decision-maker to solve poorly structured tasks, and those that require processing significant amounts of information to find substantiated solutions for ensuring the system of transportation by flight attendant crews in conditions of low certainty of the crisis and risk environment. The synthesis of basic theoretical principles and practical approaches allowed to form a theoretical apparatus for the distribution of functional tasks between responsible executors with personal responsibility for ensuring safety. The novelty of the work lies in the fact that for the first time the scientific and practical functionality of the mechanism for determining personal responsibility for ensuring the safety of transportation by flight attendant crews has been formed.
