Object of study — modern reconstructive-restorative operations using minimally invasive technologies for organs and vessels pathology of the thoracic, abdominal cavities and retroperitoneal space. Methods of research — clinical, laboratory, instrumental: electrocardiographic, ultrasound, radiological, magnetic resonance, endoscopic and endovascular examination of the thoracic, abdominal cavities and retroperitoneal space organs and vessels. The results: received new data on the use of reconstructive-restorative operations with the use of minimally invasive technologies in the treatment of patients with organs and vessels pathology of the thoracic, abdominal cavities and retroperitoneal space; the main indications and contraindications for performing these interventions were determined and a differentiated approach to their use was developed. The treatment results of thoracic, abdominal cavities and retroperitoneal space organs and vessels diseases have improved: reduction of the patients stay period in the hospital, reduction of postoperative mortality rates and the postoperative complications level. On the detailed study basis of the early and long-term reconstructive-restorative operations with minimally invasive technologies results in the surgical treatment of patients with the thoracic and abdominal cavities, retroperitoneal space organs and vessels pathology a therapeutic and diagnostic algorithm was developed, conclusions and practical recommendations were formulated.
