Objective: to substantiate the theoretical and methodological foundations of their training and prove the effectiveness of its implementation in the educational process. Methods: theoretical (literature analysis, systematization), empirical (observation, questioning), intertextual and intermedial analysis. The scientific and practical significance lies in clarifying the scientific apparatus (object, subject, purpose, tasks, conceptual provisions) and developing the structure of a competence-oriented paradigm for updating the content, forms, methods, and means of foreign language training for philology students. The results obtained can be applied in the teaching of philological disciplines to future teachers of primary, preschool, and special education. Results: contemporary scientific knowledge and practical experience in teaching philological disciplines in the context of a holistic and inclusive educational trajectory of a child in conditions of martial law have been collected and generalized. The psychological aspect of speech development in conditions of increased anxiety has been highlighted: the risks of speech regression have been identified and approaches for creating a safe environment necessary for effective learning have been proposed. Particular attention is paid to the role of digital technologies and distance learning methods: online resources, interactive platforms, and specialized software ensure the continuity of education for children with SEN when traditional forms of learning are limited.
