As a result of the implementation of the 1st stage of the research, based on the analysis of the volume and nature of the destruction of social infrastructure facilities in Ukraine as a result of military aggression, an integrated system for diagnosing and assessing the local scale of destruction using robotics, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and IT technologies (digital modeling and artificial intelligence) was developed, adapted to the domestic specifics of residential and public buildings, the features of damage as a result of hostilities; a generalization of existing methods was carried out and new methods for restoring buildings and structures damaged as a result of hostilities were developed based on secondary materials and raw materials of local origin.
