Methodological aspects of the study of molecular mechanisms of carcinogenesis are analyzed. A comparative characteristic of methods for constructing probabilistic models in biology and medicine is carried out. A stochastic model of the interaction of cancer cells and healthy tissue cells is created in the form of a stochastic differential equation in the sense of Ito and in the sense of Stratonovich and the corresponding Fokker-Planck-Kolmogorov equation for the transition density of the probability distribution. A method for processing and analyzing data from luminescent analysis of blood serum for the diagnosis of pathological and pre-pathological states of cancer patients is developed. A model of molecular mechanisms for the formation of hormetic reactions of biological objects to low-dose liquid ionizing radiation in the aspect of radiation therapy of cancer patients is proposed.
