The purpose of the work is to form a holistic scientific and theoretical platform for the development of primary education and the development of technologies for training teachers capable of working in the conditions of the New Ukrainian School. Research methods. The work was comprehensive in nature, combining theoretical analysis of key concepts of the New Ukrainian School and the competency paradigm; systematization of educational and methodological and content-technological support for professional training of teachers; analysis of best practices for implementing reforms in primary education; testing of experimental methods and technologies in the educational environment. The results obtained were reflected in a number of scientific and methodological publications (monographs, manuals, articles), which serve as educational and methodological support and are a content-technological toolkit for practicing teachers. These materials help to improve the quality of their professional activities and successfully work according to the principles of the New Ukrainian School. The prepared materials have the potential for scaling and adaptation to different regional conditions. They can become the basis for the development of new educational standards and programs; the creation of training courses and advanced training programs for teachers; the development of innovative educational and methodological support for the specialty "Primary Education".
