The social significance of this issue lies in the upbringing of a generation that is capable of critical thinking, responsible decision-making, effective collaboration, and adaptability in conditions of uncertainty. The preparation of educators must go beyond the transmission of knowledge and include the development of skills necessary to apply innovative technologies, foster emotional intelligence, cultivate social skills, encourage cognitive activity in children, and promote their overall well-being. Object of the Study: The process of professional training of educators in early childhood education institutions. Purpose of the Study: To develop and substantiate theoretical and methodological foundations for improving the educational process in early childhood education institutions. This includes enhancing the instructional and methodological support for the training of future early childhood educators within institutions of higher education.
