Pharmacological monitoring in the clinical course of refractory interstitial cystitis in women has been developed and implemented as the main mechanism in the development of acute pyelonephritis. The essence of the methodology is the development of a personalized multimodal treatment strategy using pharmacological agents and minimally invasive pathogenetic methods. The goal was achieved mainly by clarifying the influence of tissue metabolism of the kidneys and urinary tract on the course of the pathology, both in the experiment and in the clinic with the justification of the clinical rehabilitation algorithm.
