The scientific and methodological recommendations provide a definition of the concept and essence of interaction between investigators of the National Police of Ukraine and representatives of the Armed Forces of Ukraine during the investigation of war crimes. An analysis of the forms of such interaction, as well as the features of sending requests by investigators of the National Police of Ukraine to units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and their processing, was carried out. Practical recommendations are provided regarding the algorithm of actions of investigators and representatives of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at the beginning of the pre-trial investigation and during the conduct of investigative (search) actions.
