The project aims to offer access to quality preparatory courses for applicants who, due to unstable circumstances, may not have the resources to adequately prepare for the exams on their own. popup.description2  The object of the study is the process of organizing and providing educational services to Ukrainian refugees to prepare for the National Multi-Subject Test (NMT) in the context of ensuring access to a wealth of knowledge in the minds of the victim displacement. The subject of the study is the content, forms and methods of organizing preparatory courses for Ukrainian refugees to take the National Multi-Subject Test (NMT) in 2025, as well as their impact on the level of academic readiness for admission to higher education institutions in Ukraine The main goal of the project is to provide Ukrainian refugees with the opportunity to prepare for the National Multi-Subject Testing (NMT) for admission to Ukrainian higher education institutions in 2025. The novelty of the study lies in: (1) operationalizing the principles of cultural sensitivity in preparatory courses (language support, consideration of traumatic experiences, flexible schedules); (2) building personalized trajectories based on entrance/summary testing and micromodules in key subjects; (3) integration of university faculty mentoring with individual tutoring and coordinator support; (4) empirical verification of the effectiveness of various forms of training through a mixed quantitative-qualitative design and a system of "entry readiness" indicators; (5) developing practice-oriented methodological recommendations and organizational and technological solutions for scaling (including online courses and mobile applications). Practical application. The proposed model is suitable for the rapid launch and scaling of NMT training programs in the countries where Ukrainian applicants are staying. The model increases academic readiness, expands equal access to quality training, reduces barriers (language, psychological, logistical), and ensures replicability in different contexts (Georgia, other host countries).
