popup.description1
The purpose of the work is to determine the pathogenetic mechanisms of the development of infectious processes of viral and microbial etiology, the course of which is accompanied by the development of the body's inflammatory reaction, as well as to establish the influence of immunomodulators, probiotics and nanomaterials on the pathogenetic mechanisms of their development.
popup.description2
The mechanisms of antiviral efficacy of a number of compounds with antioxidant activity (including nanomaterials) have been determined: nonspecific cellular reactions to pathogenic components of the viral infectious process in vitro. It has been established that CeNPs and CeNPs-Pt can be promising candidates for the prevention and treatment of ferroptosis, since, when administered therapeutically, the investigated systems do not participate in oxidative stress as oxidoreductase mimetics, but in a certain way reduce the toxic (initiating) effect of the ferroptosis inducer (SAS) in this process. A model of the infectious process, in particular vaginitis caused by Escherichia coli, was developed. The influence of probiotic bacteria, their metabolites and nanomaterials on the course of this pathological process was determined. It was found that the probiotic strains Lactobacillus acidophilus IMV V-7279, L. casei IMV V-7280, as well as probiotic compositions Bifodobacterium animalis VKL - B. animalis VKB or L. casei IMV V-7280 - B. animalis VKL - B. animalis VKB, administered to mice with vaginitis as a prophylactic or therapeutic regimen, had the most effective antimicrobial efficacy against coliform bacteria. Their antimicrobial effect is more effective when used simultaneously with metabolites and nanoparticles of cerium dioxide. The screening of probiotic bacteria of the genus Bacillus capable of biosynthesizing monodispersed nanosized Nano-Se was carried out and the most effective strains of bacilli, in particular B. subtilis IMB B-7392 and IMB B-7393, were selected. They were used to obtain a modern alternative form of biogenic nanoselenium (Nano-Se), which has better bioavailability and relatively low toxicity.
