Binding to proteins has been confirmed: SMC1, β-tubulin, clathrin, Usp 1, GLG1, cortactin. It has been shown that the USP1 inhibitor (ML323) leads to a change in the cellular localisation of USP1. An MN multitest system has been proposed for the detection of mutations in patients with myeloid neoplasms. A design layout for a multi-analytical electrochemical test system for the detection of neurodegenerative diseases and kidney and liver pathologies has been developed, using substrate-selective electrodes for the simultaneous determination of ammonium, arginine, creatinine and urea ions. Using the Variant Effect Predictor bioinformatics resource, it was found that a mononucleotide substitution of C/A in the promoter/regulatory region of the ZNF469 gene can disrupt the initiation sites of ZNF469 gene transcription and can also lead to changes in the binding site with regulatory small nuclear RNAs. Specific oligonucleotide primers were designed for PCR with endpoint detection. A comparative analysis and summarisation of data from the study of plant material from different ecotypes and cultivated in vitro under experimental stress conditions was performed.
