Purpose:The goal of this study is to define and analyze contemporary approaches to managing the formation of professional competence among future specialists in the education system. The methods include studying, systematizing, and synthesizing processed materials to formulate conclusions.
Subject: Management of the formation of professional competence of future specialists.
Research methods: comparative, functional-structural, statistical analysis to identify and systematize research materials on the research problem; method of studying, systematization and generalization of the processed materials to formulate conclusions.
The study explores the creation and implementation of technologies for managing the formation of professional competence among future specialists in the context of the information polycultural educational space, using examples of different models of professional training, particularly in China. It characterizes organizational processes of educational environments regarding the formation of the teacher profile in higher education institutions based on competency-based approaches across various countries worldwide. It also examines the development of professional competence of leaders in the conditions of inclusive education, the formation of spiritual culture among future teachers of music, foreign language communicative competence in students within informal education in China, preparation of future preschool educators within the framework of multicultural education, and pedagogical technologies for the development of intercultural competence among bachelor's degree translators in universities in China.
The study justifies the technologies for implementing blended learning in the educational process. The theoretical materials can be utilized for developing models of future specialist training in higher education institutions.
