PROFESSIONAL LINGUISTIC COMMUNICATION, INFORMATION AGGRESSION, HYBRID THREATS, MEDIA LITERACY, CRITICAL THINKING, MILITARY SPECIALISTS, DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES, ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT. At the third stage of the research, systematization and critical evaluation of previous findings were carried out, resulting in the development of practical recommendations for the modernization of the educational environment of military higher education institutions. A set of measures was proposed in seven areas: development of teachers’ professional competencies; formation of information security and media literacy; updating the content of educational courses; implementation of digital technologies and artificial intelligence; integration of media literacy into educational programs; expansion of partnership interaction; and establishment of an effectiveness monitoring system. Classical communication theories were systematized and reinterpreted in the context of hybrid threats. An integrative model of professional linguistic communication for military specialists was developed, and the necessity of paradigm shifts in personnel training under conditions of information aggression was substantiated. The developed recommendations can be applied to improve the educational process in military institutions, update curricula, enhance teacher qualifications, and form in future officers the competencies of effective communication, critical thinking, media literacy, and the ability to counter information and psychological operations of the adversary. A scientifically grounded theoretical and methodological framework and practical recommendations for the formation of professional linguistic competence of military specialists have been created. The results form the basis for further modernization of the military education system and the advancement of the theory of professional communication under hybrid threat conditions.
