The study analyzes current trends in sports science and identifies key factors influencing the effectiveness of the training process. Innovative models for planning annual macrocycles and microcycles have been developed, considering the specifics of different sports, along with methods for monitoring technical and tactical preparation to prevent injuries. Special attention is given to the psychophysiological characteristics of young athletes, the factor structure of special physical fitness, and recovery strategies. Differentiated recovery methods have been proposed to enhance training efficiency.
