The research focuses on the substantiation, development, and implementation of modern methodological principles for training athletes in Olympic and non-Olympic sports. The study analyzes current trends in sports science and identifies key factors influencing the effectiveness of the training process. Innovative models for planning annual macrocycles and microcycles have been developed, considering the specifics of different sports, along with methods for monitoring technical and tactical preparation to prevent injuries.
Special attention is given to the psychophysiological characteristics of young athletes, the factor structure of special physical fitness, and recovery strategies. Differentiated recovery methods have been proposed to enhance training efficiency. Another significant outcome is the improvement of ICT competence formation for future coaches and the integration of distance learning formats, addressing the challenges of education digitalization.
The scientific novelty lies in creating a comprehensive system for athlete preparation that integrates innovative training tools, digital technologies, and methods for diagnosing pre-start conditions. The practical significance of the work is the applicability of the developed recommendations in sports schools, higher education institutions, and professional clubs to improve the competitiveness of Ukrainian sports on the international stage.
