Within this stage, research was conducted on binder materials using the SUPERPAVE system, which made it possible to determine their optimal properties for restoring road pavements under complex climatic and operational conditions. At the same time, the effectiveness of composite materials for strengthening damaged reinforced concrete structures was studied. The use of composite systems ensures increased strength, corrosion resistance, and faster rehabilitation of structures. The obtained results confirm the prospects of applying SUPERPAVE and composite materials in infrastructure restoration.
