popup.description1
Creation of a comprehensive theoretical and empirical universal approach to the description of low-temperature thermal properties of densified carbon nanomaterials and composites based on them, which involves experimental verification of theoretical concepts for heterogeneous and densified anisotropic materials. The goal is to establish universal analytical temperature dependences of heat capacity and thermal conductivity for new modified carbon nanostructures.

Project Goal: Creation of a comprehensive theoretical and empirical universal approach to describing the low-temperature thermal properties of densified carbon nanomaterials and composites based on them, which involves experimental verification of theoretical concepts for heterogeneous and densified anisotropic materials. The goal is to establish universal analytical temperature dependences of heat capacity and thermal conductivity for new modified carbon nanostructures.
The following main principal results were obtained under SP 2:
1) The effect of mechanical compaction on the temperature dependences of the heat capacity of compacted graphene oxide samples was investigated;
2) The effect of mechanical compaction on the temperature dependences of the thermal conductivity of compacted graphene oxide samples was investigated;
3) The effect of mechanical compaction on the temperature dependences of the heat capacity of compacted graphene oxide composites samples with the addition of fullerite was investigated;
4) Information on the contribution of acoustic bending phonons to the low-temperature heat capacity was obtained from experimental literature data on the heat capacity of densified carbon nanotube materials with adsorbed gases;
5) Seminars on the topic "Heat capacity and thermal conductivity of solids at low temperatures" were held. To popularize the project results, a number of popular science publications were also prepared, as well as a publication on the role of bending vibrations in the heat capacity of carbon nanotubes, hosted on the Growkudos platform.
