The project is dedicated to the development of an automated control system (ACS) for a meat processing line with the integration of a machine vision system and industrial robotics. The proposed solution provides automatic quality control of raw materials and finished products through visual analysis, as well as robotized execution of key technological operations — cutting, transportation, and packaging. The implementation of the project enables increased productivity and processing speed, reduced human influence, improved stability of technological processes and product quality, lower energy and raw material consumption, and creates prerequisites for further digitalization and the development of smart food production.
