Methods, models and components for the comprehensive collection, processing, transformation and interpretation of spatial and temporal data characterising the soil and climatic conditions for growing crops in real time have been substantiated and implemented. The main results include: the conceptual and technological foundations for the creation and use of intelligent agromonitoring systems combining sensor networks, portable devices, satellite data and machine learning algorithms have been substantiated; a decentralised architecture of the complex and predictive analytics models for early detection of diseases and pests have been proposed and verified; geospatial models based on deep processing of satellite images have been developed; digital filtering methods have been improved to increase monitoring accuracy; a prototype of an intelligent system with generative AI modules has been implemented, the effectiveness of which has been confirmed by experiments. The practical value lies in the digital transformation of the agricultural sector, which can be achieved without significant modernisation of the existing hardware infrastructure. Prospects for further research in the direction of implementing explanatory and generative artificial intelligence algorithms, as well as improving the interoperability of agromonitoring components, have been outlined. All this increases the efficiency of crop cultivation, the rational use of land and resources, and contributes to food security and Ukraine's export potential.
