It is demonstrated that effective management in the modern context requires a shift from static hierarchical structures to flexible adaptive models based on the principles of resilience and human-centrism. The necessity of synergy between administrative decisions, security protocols, and innovative pedagogical technologies to ensure the continuity of the educational process is substantiated. The Model of Adaptive Management of an Educational Institution is presented, encompassing strategic-normative, organizational-technological, and socio-psychological components. The significance of scenario planning, the creation of unified digital ecosystems, distributed leadership, and empathetic management for the rapid recovery of the institution's operations following crisis events is emphasized. Barriers to effective management are identified, including resource deficits, qualified personnel shortages, psychological fatigue of the collective, and an insufficient level of digital maturity within the administration. Pathways to overcoming crisis phenomena are proposed through the development of cluster interaction, the activation of project activities, and the implementation of supervision for managers. The study results prove that the application of scenario response algorithms significantly accelerates the restoration of the educational process and enhances the safety of participants. Special attention is devoted to preserving the mental health of educators, preventing professional burnout, and establishing a unified information space within the institution. In summary, the importance of cultivating a culture of safety and flexibility as key characteristics of a resilient educational institution is highlighted.
