The relevance of this work is that, based on the results obtained on the influence of the use of biologically active preparations for foliar feeding, a scientific justification of the influence of biological preparations on the growth and development of winter rape plants under conditions of climatic transformations in the south of Ukraine will be developed. The goal is to establish the dynamics of the formation of seed productivity of winter rape depending on the timing of the introduction of biological preparations for cultivation in irrigated and non-irrigated conditions in the south of Ukraine. Scientific novelty - for the first time in irrigated and non-irrigated conditions of the south of Ukraine, the influence of different timing of the introduction of biological preparations for foliar feeding on the features of the growth and development of winter rape; the formation of seed productivity of the crop; the influence of the studied factors on the photosynthetic potential, economic and energy efficiency of cultivation has been established
