The research resulted in the development of Ukraine's first holistic model of personality in the context of professional selection, where the self-presentation motive is identified as a key factor influencing all levels of the psyche—from unconscious reactions to conscious attitudes. The concept of sanogenic thinking has been scientifically substantiated; through the conscious transformation of beliefs, it allows for the minimization of stress impact at the cellular level and prevents premature aging of the body. A methodological breakthrough was the creation of a system of safety indicators that integrates objective threats with the subjective perception of risks. To objectify anxiety, the high-tech Eye-tracking method (using the EyeLink 1000 Plus tracker) was applied for the first time, enabling the recording of unconscious patterns of reaction to danger. Furthermore, the first domestic five-factor model of coping behavior was developed to measure threat-overcoming strategies. For the first time, the existential (meaning) crisis of a personality under war conditions has been conceptualized as a systemic phenomenon, the resolution of which is linked to post-traumatic growth and a shift in the hierarchy of values. Specific predictors of decreased well-being due to social networks, such as intensive self-comparison, were identified, and neuromarkers of destructive states were established to predict the risks of professional burnout. The research materials have been implemented into the educational process through mandatory and elective components of educational programs for Bachelor's, Master's, PhD students in specialty 053 “Psychology”. One monograph chapter and 13 educational and methodological manuals have been published. Product Description popup.authors Natalia (Nataliia) V. Rodina Tetyana P. Chernyavska Margaryta K.
