Testing and implementation of ready-made scientific and technical developments was carried out thanks to the combination of organizational approaches and tools oriented to market needs. In order to increase the efficiency of work, innovations were tested in real conditions, their economic efficiency was determined, and they were adjusted according to production requirements. A database of competitive completed scientific developments, innovative projects and a package of technical and economic projects, innovative business proposals for tested developments, a database of scientific and technical information, printed publications and training events has been created. Marketing research was conducted to determine the possible demand for technologies for growing grain and leguminous crops, corn hybrids of different maturity groups, tomato varieties selected by the Cherkasy Experimental Station, and for elite seeds of grain crops in agro-formations of the region of various forms of ownership. In 2025, 13 developments were implemented in the agricultural formations of the Cherkasy region. In 2025, 4 applications for varieties and hybrids and 3 applications for station selection plant lines were submitted to the Ukrainian Institute of Plant Varieties Examination.
