The object of the study is the processes of functioning and development of infrastructure provision of territorial communities. The subject of the study comprises the theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of developing mechanisms to improve the management of socio-economic infrastructure of territorial communities. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological foundations of infrastructure provision in the context of integrated community development and to develop practical recommendations for its improvement. The research includes a theoretical analysis of the concept of infrastructure provision of territorial communities, identification of its components, determinants and interrelations, and generalization of approaches to infrastructure classification. Methods for assessing the condition of community infrastructure are examined, and the feasibility of applying a unified assessment approach is substantiated. The socio-economic development of territorial communities in the Mykolaiv region and the key factors influencing infrastructure development are analyzed, and a system of relevant indicators is developed. The study identifies the main problems and prospects for the development of socio-economic infrastructure of the Shevchenkivsk rural territorial community and substantiates the feasibility of developing social partnership, including the elaboration of implementation algorithms. Research methods: desk research, stakeholder engagement, sociological surveys, brainstorming, hackathons, seminars and conferences. Field of application: social sciences.
