Optimal cell cultivation conditions were studied to increase the productivity of the strain. Screening of cap fungi for the ability to synthesize extracellular laccase was carried out. Four strains - Trametes hirsuta 338, T. zonata 1525, T. maxima 1002 and Ph. hadriani 2590 are capable of secreting the enzyme above 2 U/ml. Cultivation conditions were optimized for the best producer of the fungus T. zonata 1525 and the optimal composition of the medium for maximum laccase yield (up to 18 U/ml) was determined. A purified laccase preparation was obtained from the culture medium of the fungus T. zonata 1525 and its structural and enzymatic properties were studied. A series of vectors for displaying T. versicolor on the cell surface of yeasts K. phaffii and S. cerevisiae, as well as a plasmid for expressing the intracellular form of laccase based on Ogataea polymorpha, were constructed.
