popup.description1
The main goal of the topic is to significantly improve the safety of nuclear fuel cycle enterprises of Ukraine by improving the quality of research by nuclear physical analysis methods in developing new and modifying existing materials used in the country's nuclear energy and determining the impact of changes in their characteristics on the required properties. assessment of the ecological state of the environment during the operation of the elements of the nuclear fuel cycle.

The data on the soil content around the NSC KPTI and its changes due to the possible launch of the neutron source and its changes caused by the military actions of russia against Ukraine were analyzed. The choice of a secondary X-ray source for monitoring the elemental content by the X-ray diffraction method and an X-ray filter on the beam of ions released into the atmosphere was justified. Based on the use of the methods, methods for determining the elemental and isotopic content of the soil were created. It was shown that the created methods can be used to determine the elemental and isotopic content and its changes and impact on the inhabitants of the village.
