A historical-pedagogical retrospective study of managing the professional-creative development of future masters in educational and pedagogical sciences during professional training was carried out, and the regulatory and legal framework for managing the professional-creative development of future masters in educational and pedagogical sciences during professional training was analyzed. An author's conception of managing the professional-creative development of future masters in educational and pedagogical sciences in the European context was proposed (by T. Ye. Rozhnova, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences), and a scientifically substantiated model for managing the professional-creative development of future masters in educational and pedagogical sciences during professional training was developed. Within the framework of the researched topic, an Integrative Model for Training Educational Leaders in Higher Education Institutions was also developed (author's research model by H. Yu. Kravchenko, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor), which is based on the synergetic combination of three key components: pedagogical technologies that ensure educational effectiveness; management approaches aimed at organizational sustainability; and correctional-rehabilitation methods focused on psychological recovery and adaptation of participants in the educational process.
