Based on clinical, neurological, neuroimaging and statistical research methods, a prognostic model has been developed that affects the effectiveness of microsurgical intervention in the acute period of rupture of cerebral arterial aneurysms. It has been determined that an individual approach to the timing of microsurgical intervention led to a decrease in neurological deficit, as well as to an improvement in the functional outcome of the intervention and a decrease in mortality by almost 2.5 times.
